About the Role.

As a Character Artist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the character casting and creation process for your respective comics.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of character assigning and training..

Your Part.

Execution:Assigning, training, and validation of the character trained through Dashtoon Studio..

Maintain the creative standards of our comics, ensuring excellence at every stage of character training and development..

Proactive Problem Solver:Come up with creative ideas for character creation and unique characters..

Mandatory Skills.

Prior experience:1+ year experience in character 2d/3d character design..

Exceptional communicator..

Should know Google Sheets and Google Drive..

Nice to Have.

Experience working with AI tools and prompting..

Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies..

Selection Process.

Assignment on Character Creation and prompting..

20-30 minute separate interviews with 2 members of the Characters Management team..
