Role & responsibilities

• Conduct doubt-solving sessions to clarify students' queries.
• Develop high-quality study material for IIT JEE preparation.
• Review and enhance existing study resources for improved outcomes.
• Design assignments, practice questions, test papers, and daily worksheets.
• Provide extra classes and support to help weaker students excel.
• Complete the designated syllabus on time with thorough understanding and satisfaction for students, parents, and management.
• Foster a positive,transparent, and collaborative environment among peers.
• Continuously upgrade subject knowledge by referring to updated academic resources.
• Actively participate in training center events, workshops, and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in IIT JEE coaching or equivalent competitive exam preparation.
• Strong expertise in Mathematics and Physics concepts with proven teaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve academic success.
