Job Description
Position: Sourcing Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 1-2 years in sourcing, preferably in the real estate sector
Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West. (Walkable distance from DN Nagar Metro Station)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a minimum of 25 walk-ins per month from the assigned area.
- Conduct 10-12 Channel Partner (CP) meetings daily to build strong relationships and drive referrals.
- Maintain and regularly update Daily Sales Reports (DSR) using Google Sheets.
- Track and analyze sourcing performance to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in sourcing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, networking, and organizational abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management.
- Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet walk-in and CP meeting targets.
