Position: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilties:
1. Maintenance of Customer Documents (Booking Form, KYC & Chq Copies, AOS and Related documents)
2. Clients Cheque Deposit & Record Keeping (Accounts Receivable)
3. Recording the customers transactions in Books of Accounts (Handling Receipts & Tally Entries) and creation of GST liability thereon
4. Preparation and Maintenance of Client Collection on daily basis
5. Updation of Monthly MIS
6. Preparation of Customer TDS Working and Payment and filing of TDS Return in Form 26QB
7. Issuance of NO Dues Certificate for Customers Possession & Record Keeping
Requirements:
Experience: 3-10 years in accounting, specifically in real estate.
Skills: Proficiency in GST, TDS, Tally, MIS reporting, and project accounting.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
