Job Description
Responsibilities:
The BMS Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS), with expertise in CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus), WLD (Water Leak Detection), FM-200, and rodent systems.
Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements):
- Expertise in CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, VESDA, WLD, FM-200, and rodent systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms and programming languages (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LON).
- Strong knowledge of building automation principles.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
