Role & responsibilities

Photography

1. Capture high-quality images for events, products, portraits, or other specified themes.
2. Plan and execute photoshoots, including location scouting and lighting setup.
3. Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
4. Maintain and organize a photo archive for easy retrieval.
5. Collaborate with clients or teams to understand their creative vision and ensure its execution.

Video Production

1. Shoot videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, events, or social media content.
2. Handle camera equipment, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality.
3. Edit raw video footage to create engaging content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
4. Add visual effects, soundtracks, subtitles, and animations to videos as needed.
5. Maintain an organized video library for quick access and edits.

Creative Collaboration

1. Work closely with marketing, social media, or production teams to align visual content with branding.
2. Brainstorm creative ideas for new projects or campaigns.
3. Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, and editing to deliver modern and appealing content.

Equipment and Maintenance

1. Operate and maintain photography and video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
2. Manage backups of all digital assets to avoid data loss.

Client and Project Management

1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and deadlines.
2. Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction.
