About the Role:

As an Engineer/Lead, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Knowledge and expertise on all software delivery methodologies and test processes, you will use your testing capability to deliver large scale projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

Looking for Consultants and Engineers with 6 to 13 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in System integration testing, preferably with experience in the banking/payments domain.
• Experience in API testing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, leadership from the forefront, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to independently plan and lead the delivery of solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and providing expert knowledge to clients.
• Competence in risk assessment and understanding of release management processes.
• Experience in leading or delivering solutions within complex engagements on time while meeting customer expectations.
• Expertise in your discipline, with a focus on mentoring and leading within your practice.
• Adherence to Planit, client, or international standards for testing, quality, and delivery.
• Alignment with Planit s business objectives and seeking business opportunities.
• Promotion of Planit s culture and active participation in it.
• Support for flexible workplace practices as directed by Planit.
• Keeping updated with emerging trends, sharing insights, and improving processes.
