About the Role:

As a Lead, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Knowledge and expertise on all software delivery methodologies and test processes, you will use your testing capability to deliver large scale projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

Looking for Consultants with 7 to 15 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Require an automation TOSCA test lead with a minimum of 7-15 years of hands-on experience
• The ideal candidate should have automation skills like Tosca, DEX, TDM/TCD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with clients, products, offshore & onshore teams and bridge the communication gaps
• Prior experience in leading a team is a must
• Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes.
• Willingness to share relevant technical, process and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
• Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
• Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
