Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate adult learning curriculum for workplace skills.

- Design comprehensive learning frameworks for creating engaging learning experiences

- Utilize advanced tools like Gen AI to generate accurate content through finely-tuned prompts and scale content effectively.

- Program manages various cohorts, monitors learning data, and continuously enhances the learning experience.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years experience in designing learning programs for students across different age groups.

- Deep understanding of instructional pedagogy

- Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving skills

- Deep understanding of adult learning pedagogy and instructional design principles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Candidate must be based out of Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon as the role will be office-based

- Willingness to hustle and execute relentlessly to achieve results

- An apparent Founder's mindset, i.e. a mindset where the person can own up to the responsibility and shape it independently like a Founder
