Inside Sales Executive

The main responsibilities of the Business Development Associate include:

1. Understanding the educational offerings for students and helping them choose the right learning course.
2. Initiating phone conversations with parents who have completed demo classes for their children.
3. Following up closely with potential customers and closing sales within the sales cycle.
4. Communicating effectively with leads through channels like email and calls.
5. Maintaining accurate records of call information in digital format.
6. Achieving monthly sales targets and meeting input metrics targets.

Hiring Criteria:

- Required Skill: Excellent Communication
- Experience Required: 0-3 Years (Freshers are also welcome)
- Minimum Education: Graduation
- Graduation Years: 2018-2024 passouts

Important Criteria:
- Willingness to work 5 days a week.
