Responsible for sales in the store, achieving the Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets; responsible for P&L of the store; cost monitoring and ensuring expenditure is within the budget allocated; maintaining the cash flow, controlling expenses, and increasing profits; analyzing fast-moving and slow-moving products and working on them accordingly; effective and attractive visual merchandising of products; carrying out promotional activities to generate higher footfalls in the store; establishing brand and customer loyalty; placing orders with the distribution department for merchandise based on sales; conducting market research to determine brand position and competitive strength across different markets; providing and maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
