Wellness Advisor

The Wellness Advisor is responsible for offering expert advice on medication use, including preventive, curative, and contributive treatments across Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, alternative therapy medicines, and wellness care products; frequently visits retail stores to interact with customers and promote sales; provides product and sales training to staff on medication use, safety protocols, and new pharmaceutical products; mentors and supports junior pharmacists or pharmacy technicians as needed; stays updated on new drug therapies, clinical guidelines, and best practices in pharmacy and healthcare; ensures availability to provide support to staff and patients over the phone during store operating hours.

Skills: in-depth clinical knowledge of preventive, curative, and contributive therapies, including Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, alternative medicines, and wellness care products; excellent communication and patient counselling skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams; attention to detail and strong organizational skills; familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
