Tele callers are the individuals who initiate telephonic contact with prospective or existing clients to generate leads or sales and must be proficient in language displaying excellent verbal communication.
ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Answering calls and resolving queries about products or company
Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings. Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the companys products and services
Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
Acquiring and updating an individuals contact details.
Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other customer service role.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales over the phone.
