As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and enhancing workforce management and employee experience.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Ensure the successful implementation of applications.

- Must-Have Skills : Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, configuring and implementing core HR functionalities.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in designing and implementing core HR functionalities.
- Knowledge of workforce management and employee experience enhancement.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Workday Core HCM.
- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Proficient in Workday Core HCM with expertise in configuring and implementing core HR functionalities to enhance workforce management and employee experience.
