Placement Coordinator

Job Description:-

• Search and Identify new organizations and opportunities for placement tie ups across India
• Build strong relationships with employers and funders to support centres in finding job opportunities, both locally and beyond. 
• Travel to centres as needed to facilitate placement activities and offer support. 
• Achieve placement targets by ensuring efficient processes and student support. 
• Organise industry talks, visits, and job fairs to connect students with job opportunities. 
• Maintain accurate placement records. 
• Monitor student retention in placements for at least six months to ensure job sustainability. 
• Identify training gaps to help students secure higher-paying jobs

Requirement:-
1. 2+ year Exp of Placement in - BPO, Retail & Logistic
2. Graduation Mandatory

Salary- 35K to 40k CTC
Location- Pune/ Bengaluru/ New Delhi
