Job Description
- Build test scripts, manage tests, lead testing processes, and document and report test results.
- Work with subject matter experts to understand requirements and develop test cases and scenarios.
- Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, API, and Workflow testing.
- Clearly document/communicate/organize discovered issues for developers to resolve and follow up.
- Organize test plan/test case reviews.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Certify system changes once released to production.
- Test multiple projects at one time.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior resources.
Skills
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and testing.
- Experience in testing WEB applications.
- Experience in design, development and maintenance of test automation suits.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, multi-tasking and follow up skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Diligent and meticulous
