PixelQue Software - Senior Mobile Application Developer - iOS/Android Apps (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Implement native code for iOS and Android when needed, using Swift, Java, Kotlin, and Objective-C.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.

Collaboration & Teamwork :

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement application features.

- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality across the team.

- Work within an Agile environment to meet project deadlines and continuously improve processes.

Performance Optimization & Testing :

- Focus on building scalable and maintainable mobile solutions with a strong emphasis on performance optimization.

- Implement automated tests for various application layers to ensure code quality and bug-free releases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and performance issues for end-users.

Feature Integration :

- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs such as Firebase, Google Maps, Navigation, and Push Notifications to enhance the app's functionality.

- Work with Redux, Redux Thunk, and Redux Saga for state management to ensure smooth data flow within applications.

Deployment & Maintenance :

- Ensure successful deployment of applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Continuously monitor and improve app performance through metrics, user feedback, and testing.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile development, suggesting new features, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with extensive hands-on experience in React Native.

- Proven experience in Android Development and iOS Development using Java, Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C.

- Previous experience building and deploying mobile apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Technical Skills :

- React Native : Expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications.

- Flutter : Knowledge of building apps using Flutter is a plus.

- State Management : Proficiency in Redux, Redux Thunk, and Redux Saga for managing application state.

- Development Tools : Xcode (for iOS development), Android Studio, Visual Studio Code (for React Native development).

- Third-party Libraries : Familiarity with libraries such as Firebase, Google Maps, Push Notifications, and Geolocation.

- Programming Languages : Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, TypeScript, JavaScript, XML, and Dart.

- Databases : Experience with databases like SQL and Realm.

- Version Control : Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
