Job Description: India Solutions Alliance Manager - Corporate.
Overview: PIXEL is seeking an exceptionally talented India Solutions Alliance Manager Corporate to drive strategic partnerships within India's corporate sector for our GIS, GIS Consulting, and GIS Data solutions.
This role will involve establishing relationships with Indian tech companies and multinational corporations (MNCs) servicing the Indian market, identifying GIS-based needs, and aligning PIXEL's solutions to support client success.
The role will also focus on partnering with companies that develop GIS-based applications and design solutions like ESRI and exploring GIS outsourcing opportunities from India-based companies.
This is a quota-carrying role and will be responsible for the business generated through the alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships with Indian Tech & MNCs:.
- Identify and collaborate with Indian tech companies and MNCs servicing the India market with GIS, GIS Consulting, and GIS Data solutions, including companies like Schneider, Honeywell, and others.
- Establish PIXEL as their preferred GIS partner for projects across various industries.
Outsourcing & GIS Design Partnerships:
- Identify India-based companies that can outsource GIS and GIS design-related work to PIXEL and establish long-term partnerships.
- Position PIXEL as a reliable partner for GIS design, consulting, and data solutions.
Collaboration with GIS-Based Application Companies:.
- Develop alliances with companies working on GIS-based applications and design solutions, such as ESRI and other geospatial technology firms.
- Explore joint go-to-market strategies with these companies to offer comprehensive GIS solutions.
Industry-Specific GIS Partnerships:.
- Partner with large B2B enterprises in sectors like retail, agriculture, rural banking, utilities, and e-commerce start-ups to integrate GIS capabilities into their operations.
- Work with domain-specific consulting firms (e.g, smart city consultants, irrigation consultants) for GIS-based commissioning and delivery projects.
- Tie up with Telecom/broadband service providers, other utility companies, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) solution providers in India.
- Tie up with selected S.I partners / IT Services companies in India / Globally with their Utilities/ Telecom Vertical and with the large IT / Advisory Consultants for projects and strategic partnerships to take up delivery / partial delivery.
- Partner with crop insurance, chemical, and fertilizer companies that focus on GIS-based applications for their specific business outputs and explore opportunities for them to outsource work to PIXEL.
- Connect , nurture and sign up with Environmental Impact Assessment Consultants ( EIA'S ) in verticals like Cement , Steel and Chemical industries.
Government & Large-Scale GIS Projects:.
- Collaborate with domain companies engaged in large GIS government projects (land, defence, irrigation, telecom, and broadband service providers) to ensure PIXEL is their preferred GIS partner.
- Establish sub-sourcing arrangements with these companies for GIS-related aspects of major government projects.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Drive and achieve revenue through the defined Partner / Alliance ecosystem and expand PIXEL's market share in India's GIS sector.
- Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to execute joint business plans and promotional activities.
Training & Compliance:.
- Develop training materials and presentations to help partners effectively understand and sell PIXEL's GIS solutions.
- Ensure all partnerships align with corporate policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 7-18 years in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within GIS, technology consulting, or corporate solutions.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of GIS technologies and their applications across industries.
- Established relationships with Indian tech companies, MNCs, GIS service providers, and GIS application companies.
- Prior engagement with smart city and irrigation consultants is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Existing relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to understand industry trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
