JOB SUMMARY:

RafterOne s Salesforce B2B and Managed Service Practices are seeking a skilled and proactive people leader with Salesforce.com experience to join our team as a Senior Manager- Delivery. In this role, the Senior Manager-Delivery will lead a team of software engineers in a delivery pod structure. He/She should be proficient in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals. Additionally, he/she will oversee risk management, team leadership, and stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain high performance standards across projects. He/She will also assist and guide team members in upskilling through training, technical certifications, and learning client facing soft skills. This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills to drive team performance effectively. The ability to multitask is essential for managing multiple priorities and ensuring project success.
