Position : Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, compliance, banking, payroll, customer invoicing, and financial planning. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, vendor payments, and insightful financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial forecasting, while also handling vendor payments, procurement finance, and office administration. The role involves direct interaction with senior management, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial & Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings (GST, TDS, PF, PT), audits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and internal financial controls.
• Manage banking transactions, payroll processing, and expense approvals via Zoho.

2. Customer Invoicing & Revenue Management

• Oversee accurate and timely customer invoicing (USD transactions), billable expenses, and revenue tracking.
• Manage USD to INR conversions, payment tracking, and accounts receivable reconciliation.

3. Financial Planning & Reporting

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business analytics.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies for senior management.

4. Vendor Management & Procurement Finance

• Oversee vendor communication, purchase orders (POs), and timely payments.
• Optimize procurement budgets and ensure financial control over vendor contracts.

5. Office Administration & Business Operations

• Manage general office administration, facility upkeep, and business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle business travel arrangements, forex transactions, and expense approvals.

6. Statutory Compliance & NDA Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and financial regulations.
• Manage NDA agreements and financial contracts with vendors and business partners.

7. Shipping, Procurement & Logistics Finance

• Oversee financial aspects of shipping, procurement, and logistics transactions, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Accounting & Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting.

Banking & Compliance Management: Experience in statutory filings, vendor payments, and cash flow management.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ability to analyze P&L, balance sheets, and forecasts to drive business decisions.

ERP & Zoho Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar financial tools.

Time Management & Accuracy: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict financial deadlines.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to interact with senior management, auditors, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 7 years in financial management, taxation, compliance, and accounting.

Certifications (Preferred): CA Inter, MBA (Finance), ICWA, or equivalent accounting qualifications.
