Senior Executive-Instrumentation

1. Ensure compliance safety, GxP and GEP.
2. Having experience ZLDS and Pollution compliance.
3. Having good Knowledge and trouble-shooting of PLC and SCADA, and field instrument system
4. Having knowledge of critical analyzers like O2, pH, conductivity ETC.
5. Having knowledge of filed instrument (PT, TT, LT, FT, VT, positioner, PID controllers etc. )
6. Having knowledge of interlocks, control philosophy, Electrical system.
7. Basic Knowledge of networking and computer system (OT infra, LIU, Media converter, IP, Switches, Excel, Word)
8. Knowledge of process and control system (Process water, Hydro-genator, AHU, Utility control, TCU, Utilities compressor)
9. Knowledge of zone area classification.
10. Awareness of work permit system.
11. Ensure no pending work order and closer in time.
12. Prepared Critical and non-critical spare list and update in timely manner.
13. Maintain operation documents, manual related with equipment s and instruments.

Experience: Min. 6-10 years
