Job Description
- Execution of qualification / validation activities, which includes CSV with the help of site team and vendors.
- Preparation / review of protocols and reports for Computer system validation, Infrastructure and network qualification, Serialization/ aggregation application qualification activities.
- To perform review of computerized systems related documents.
- Coordination with different departments for performing validation / qualification activities.
- Handling of Audits, Internal as well as External.
- To provide compliances against audit findings and to ensure appropriate corrective actions based on audit findings.
- To impart training to team members / other concerned personnel / new employees on SOPs, on-job training, cGMP, 21 CFR other regulatory requirements.
- Handling of QMS Activities (Change Control, SOP, FRM, DOC, etc.).
- Handling of ENSUR TRACKWISE related activities (Initiation / training of documents).
- Execution of validation / qualification activities as per VMP.
- Maintaining documents as per site procedure, archival and disposition of documents.
- Execution of any other job as per the instructions of the superiors.
- To attend training session (onsite/ offsite) and provide training to concerned personnel s.
- Support to site DICO (Data Integrity Compliance Officer) for monitoring and implementation of actions related to Data Integrity awareness at site.
- To ensure the EHS (Environment, health and safety) related activities to be completed on time and to support EHS activities as per requirement. To report near miss and incidences as per EHS requirement.
- To perform the IT supplier Assessment and Audit trail review.
- To carry out the on-boarding, training and off-boarding of service staff provided by Vendor/supplier organisation.
