Job Description
- 2 to 3 years having experience in IT domain / Sales Support
- Should have handled/understand SFA, DMS platforms
- Should have knowledge about Android mobile apps
- Should be able to handle multiple activities
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Good coordination with Sales Team
Roles & Responsibilities
- IT Maintenance & Support
- Responsible for project implementation and maintenance
- Will be responsible for maintaining of mobile applications for the consumer products team
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide different level of support L1/L2/L3
- Stakeholder Management
- Provide user training, support, advice and feedback
- High interaction with the IT team to achieve the deliverables
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Safety, Security and Budgeting
- Maintain computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
- Control operational budget and expenditures.
- Managing secure network access for remote users
