Plant 3D Piping Designer

\uF0B7 Design layout in 3D models of equipment, piping, structures and
instrumentation for the entire plant and or insider a skid
\uF0B7 Provide safe operation and access for operators of the package
\uF0B7 Minimize fabrication cost through optimization of pipe and cable
tray routing
\uF0B7 Follow international standards and project specifications
\uF0B7 Assure designs are ready for review and comments are correctly
resolved

\uF0B7 Produce detailed drawings for both proposal and project
requirements
\uF0B7 Ensure that fabrication drawings clearly present information to
the shop floor
\uF0B7 Produce and ensure quality and consistency of common piping
deliverables including; Isometrics, Piping GAs, Tie-In Details and
Plot Plans
\uF0B7 Undertake MTO duties when necessary and assists with the
preparation of presentation material, such as videos, animation
and plant views
\uF0B7 Resolve issues during fabrication, such as physical clashes
\uF0B7 Review drawings produced by others
\uF0B7 Engage in the mark-up of P&IDs

\uF0B7 Understanding of the fundamental process and mechanical
requirements of the company\u2019s process packages
\uF0B7 Able to spatially conceptualize and translate ideas into design
drawings
\uF0B7 Thorough knowledge of Equipment layout Development, Piping
layout design for all types of equipment such as Vessels,
Exchangers, Tanks, Pumps, Compressors and Piping MTO
\uF0B7 Familiar with the requirements of Oil & Gas drawings and
specifications, including normal symbology and the requirement
for consistency
\uF0B7 Understand the data requirements of drawings being produced
to facilitate an efficient fabrication process
\uF0B7 Ability to translate technical data into equipment drawings
\uF0B7 Familiarity with fabrication practices
Engineering Degree \u2013 Mechanical or equivalent experience
