Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Brief:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Advertise job openings on the companys career page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and address queries about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and assist with onboarding.

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Age: Below 40 years.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques and understanding referral programs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and report creation.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
• Strong follow-up, execution, and team collaboration skills.
• Quick learner with a professional attitude.
