Assistant Project Engineer

• As an Assistant Project Engineer, you will work closely with the Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects
• Your role includes assisting in project coordination, technical tasks, documentation, and communication with project stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support:Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Project Engineer
• Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to the project team, including conducting research, data analysis, and technical calculations
• Documentation: Maintain organized project documentation, including project plans, drawings, reports, and correspondence
• Quality Assurance:Quality Control: Assist in implementing quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications
• Communication:Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders and team members, relaying information and updates as needed
• Meetings: Participate in project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Project Execution:Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, report on project status, and assist in resolving project-related issues
• Resource Management: Assist in resource management, including procurement, inventory management, and equipment coordination
• Safety Compliance:Safety Protocols: Adhere to and promote safety protocols and guidelines on the project site

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in engineering project management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
