Business Development Executive Intern

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities with companies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
• Assist in developing a database of prospective partner companies, including relevant contact information and key details.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings with potential partners, both in-person and virtual.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for partnership negotiations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Assist in maintaining and updating partnership documentation, including contracts, agreements, and terms.
• Support the tracking and reporting of partnership progress, including key metrics, goals, and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
• Provide general administrative support to the business development team, such as managing calendars, organizing files, and preparing meeting materials.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with business development and partnership strategies is a plus but not necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the company in a positive and engaging manner.
• Passion for business development, partnerships, and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
