PHP Laravel Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PHP Laravel Backend Developer with 3-4 years of expertise in developing robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic while ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Laravel.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Design and implement database structures, queries, and optimizations.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and compatibility concerns.
• Create and maintain APIs for seamless interaction between systems.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Develop and manage unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in PHP and Laravel development.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, specifically using Laravel.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in PHP, Laravel Framework, and MVC architecture.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Eloquent.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Understanding of caching, queuing systems, and optimization techniques.
