Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the architecture aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and effective technical solutions. You will also provide technical leadership and guide the development of custom applications, integrations, and workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL processes, and best practices.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Ability to manage and optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Strong leadership abilities to mentor junior team members and guide technical implementation.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ITIL v4 Foundation or Advanced Certification.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to ServiceNow implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Architecture:

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by aligning with industry standards and best practices.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide strategic recommendations and technical guidance to clients and team members.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with the long-term goals and objectives of the organization.

Solution Development:

• Create and implement technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications, ensuring that they meet business requirements and technical specifications.

Documentation:

• Develop detailed system documentation, including process flows, design documents, and implementation guides.
• Ensure that all solution documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Work with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues efficiently.

Integration:

• Design and implement integrations with other systems, tools, and external applications, ensuring seamless communication between platforms.

Mentorship:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Compliance:

• Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly in areas such as security, data privacy, and compliance.
