We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to guide our agile teams in following Scrum practices, ensuring that the team is functioning efficiently and collaborating effectively. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Experience in software development or IT project management is a plus. Hands-on experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Certifications (preferred): Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Scrum: Guide the team in Scrum practices, ensuring a clear understanding and adherence to the framework. Remove impediments: Identify and address roadblocks that hinder the team s progress, ensuring that the team remains productive. Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and clearly defined. Monitor team performance: Use Scrum metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and other KPIs to track the teams progress and help improve efficiency. Foster collaboration and self-organization: Encourage the team to be self-organizing, collaborative, and cross-functional. Provide coaching: Mentor team members on agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques. Communicate effectively: Maintain transparent communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders. Ensure continuous improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, helping them identify areas for growth and implementing necessary changes. Manage stakeholder expectations: Communicate project progress, timelines, and any risks or impediments to stakeholders in a timely manner. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
