Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) within the Redwood UI. You will be responsible for managing and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet business needs while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions and ensure effective utilization.
• Use HDL for mass data loads and data migration.
• Customize and personalize Oracle HCM applications using VBS in the Redwood UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-6 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• Strong experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration and integration.
• Expertise in Personalization using VBS in the Redwood UI.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with other Oracle HCM modules.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Experience in managing large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security protocols and compliance standards.
