AI Algorithm Engineer

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced algorithms for AI applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computational modelling to develop cutting-edge solutions that solve complex real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement efficient AI algorithms tailored to specific business or research objectives.

Train machine learning models, fine-tune hyperparameters, and optimize model performance for deployment.

Preprocess and analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and ensure data quality for training.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, applying new methods to improve algorithmic performance.

What you need:

Bachelor s or master s in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with 3 to 4 years experience

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, NLP, deep learning.

Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques.

Knowledge of algorithm complexity and data structures.

Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.

Bonus points if:

Track record of successful projects in computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.

Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
