Job Description
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers to schedule interviews.
- Providing interview feedback to candidates.
- Preparation of cost estimation form for relocation candidates.
- Preparation of offer letter for selected candidates.
- Taking care of all documents related to joining of the candidates.
- Initiating Emp ID in the system and background verification
- Maintaining data timely in trackers.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
