We are looking for a seasoned React Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core React principles, state management libraries like Redux or Context API, and front-end best practices. You will lead front-end development efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality user interfaces.

• React Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance React applications.
• Leadership Mentorship: Lead the front-end development efforts, including architecture decisions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Component Development: Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented React components, leveraging advanced features like hooks and custom hooks.
• API Integration: Integrate with backend APIs using RESTful services and manage data fetching and state management effectively.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and implement performance optimizations to ensure smooth application functionality.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest React ecosystem trends, libraries, and frameworks to incorporate new technologies into projects.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js: Strong hands-on experience in React.js development, with a deep understanding of core React concepts.
• State Management: Expertise in using Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions to handle complex application logic.
• HTML/CSS: Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI.
• Unit Testing Integration Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Build Tools Version Control: Proficiency with modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• RESTful APIs: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and managing data flow effectively within React applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers.

• React Native: Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
• SAP Implementation: At least 1 full cycle of SAP implementation with React frontend and backend SAP integration.
• Server-Side Rendering (SSR): Knowledge of SSR with Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for building inclusive web applications.
• Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing large-scale React applications for performance.

• 6-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex web applications.
• Experience in leading front-end development efforts, including architecture design, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
