Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our development team, driving the creation of innovative products and features to address industry-specific challenges. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of new features and products, leveraging expertise in React, Node.js and latest cutting edge technologies within the software industry. Spearhead infrastructural changes, setup, and development for our software. CI/CD, AWS EC2 instances, lambdas, etc. Address internal bugs and customer-reported issues promptly, ensuring high-quality, bug-free code that aligns with industry standards. Identify technical debt within the system and devise strategic plans for resolution and implementation to enhance our marine solutions. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support while fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure robustness and reliability of developed solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, employing analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges.
