JD: Developer III - Software Engineering

Some skills and responsibilities of SW support include:

At least 5 years experience in Technical Support or a position of like Tier 3

Proven experience in learning and understanding multi-disciplinary, large-scale systems

• Understanding development and operations
• Being familiar with production monitoring systems
• Experience in SW development / SW automation Infra development.

• Having attention to detail
• Having analytical and problem-solving skills
• Being able to collaborate with multi-functional teams
• Coding in Java, Python,
• Having technical writing skills
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Staying updated with the latest developments and trends in the industry
