• Manage and support the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Perform user management tasks such as account creation, permissions configuration, and license assignments.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of Microsoft 365 services.

Security and Compliance

• Implement and manage security protocols such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and conditional access policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage audit logs, security events, and related compliance reports.

Troubleshooting and Support

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support to address complex issues.

Migration and Integration

• Assist in migrating on-premises systems and services to the Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
• Configure and integrate third-party applications with the Microsoft 365 platform.

Training and Documentation

• Deliver end-user training on Microsoft 365 tools and features to drive adoption.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and policies.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor system health and usage statistics via tools like Microsoft Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Generate regular reports on system usage, license allocation, and compliance metrics.
