Job Description

Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team
Outcomes:
  1. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
  2. Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
  3. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
  4. Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
  5. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
  6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
  7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
  8. Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
  9. A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
  10. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others developmental activities
  11. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
  12. Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
  13. Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
  14. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc
  15. Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.
  16. Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.
Measures of Outcomes:
  1. Number of applicable technical/domain certifications completed
  2. Adherence to process and standards (coding standards)
  3. Number of mandatory trainings (industry/technology specific trainings UST mandatory trainings) completed
  4. Average time taken for turnaround on production bugs
  5. Adherence to schedule and timelines
  6. Contribution to RFPs and estimations in ERP/CRM Practice
  7. Number of Junior Leads who were guided and unskilled to lead a technical team.
  8. Number of technical sessions conducted within practice for the benefit of peers and team members.
Outputs Expected:
Requirement:
  1. Understand the requirements/user stories

Estimate:
  1. Create and provide inputs for effort and size estimation and plan resources for projects.
  2. Follow scrum ceremonies.

Design:
  1. Contribute to creation of design (HLD
    LLD
    SAD)/architecture for Applications/feature/Business Components

    templates and checklists. Perform code review of team members

Test:
  1. Create and review unit test cases

    standards for design/process/development
  2. Create/review deliverable documents. Design documentation
    test cases and results

Status Reporting:
  1. Report status of tasks assigned
  2. Comply with project related reporting standards and process

Manage knowledge:

  2. Review the reusable documents created by the team

Release:
  1. Execute and monitor release process

Interface with Customer:
  1. Clarify requirements and provide guidance to development team
  2. Present design options to customers

  4. Work closely with customer architects to finalize design

  1. Advise software developers on design and development of feature / component with deeper understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client.

    5. Experience in integration with external systems using SOAP API REST API etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Experienced SAP IM/LE-TRA Solution driven expert such as requirements gathering, process mapping, design, testing the implemented functionalities to meet business needs, training end-user, involve in hyper care and post go-live support. In-depth knowledge on the understanding of supply chain management functions Preferred EDI Knowledge, configuration, and an end-to-end EDI validation with both customers and the internal 3PL/WM/IM/TM warehouse system. Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultants role Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and SD-LE Principles and SAP products Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes Troubleshoot and configure SAP SD-LE including connection points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead Leads fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology, business administration/management, or a related field, with at least 8 years of related experience, OR a Masters degree in information technology, business administration/management, with at least 2 years of related experience Minimum 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably with S4 HANA environment 8 years of SAP experience 2 full-cycle SAP implementations Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations. Expert in set-up and configuration of SD-LE as well as cross functional design/build of modules such as PP Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution Highly skilled in SD-LE master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit Knowledge and Skills Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA Order to Cash business functions. Strong SAP SD/LE/TM/IM/WM subject matter expertise (SME) with knowledge of Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, and Production Integration Proficient in troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents, maintaining a high level of functional competency in the standard configuration of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management Transportation Management. Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to individuals at all levels, including process owners and stakeholders Strong active listening skills and the ability to translate needs, concerns, and solutions across functional and stakeholder groups Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a tight project timeline Demonstrated creativity balanced with practicality to meet business objectives and team needs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
