Data Engineer- SAP BO- Power BI AND Semantic Modelling

Job Location : Any UST

EXP : 6-9 Years

• Mandate Skill

  PowerBi development experience with emphasis on Report Builder and Paginated Reports.

  Semantic Model building experience.

  SAP Business Objects (BO) development experience.

  Experience migrating from SAP BO to PowerBi.

  Strong SQL preferably in an Oracle environment.

  Creation and use of stored procedures.

  Parameter filtering at report level and data source level

  Semantic Layer development Creating semantic model based on package stored procedures and general multiple tables Good understanding of table joins, cardinality Calculated variables i.e. measure and dimensions creation Filter creation Parameter creation Derived tables creation Understand the universe created in BO Perform table joins/cardinality testing of semantic model vs BO universe joins/cardinality Semantic model refresh method
