About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive data-driven strategies and insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and big data technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for real-time analytics.
• Perform predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and A/B testing to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business leaders to translate complex data into business strategies.
• Improve and fine-tune existing models for accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through data cleansing, feature engineering, and anomaly detection.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Programming: Python, R, SQL
• Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Big Data Technologies: Spark, Hadoop, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery
• Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Statistical Techniques: Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, Time Series Analysis
• Experience with AI & Deep Learning models (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs) is a plus

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with MLOps and Model Deployment
• Knowledge of Graph Analytics & Reinforcement Learning
• Exposure to DevOps & CI/CD pipelines for ML models
• Understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Strategy
