Qualification:

- Experience in managing procurement processes for multiple sites or locations is desirable.

- Ensuring that procured raw materials meet specified quality standards.

- Conducting audits or assessments to evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance.

- Proficiency in relevant procurement tools and software.

- Collaborates with other departments, including Research and Development, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure a unified approach to quality.

- We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and sourcing operations.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CRO/CDMO industry and a proven track record of delivering strategic sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of materials. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and managing supplier performance.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured raw materials meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions and quality issues.

- Cost Reduction: Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as supplier consolidation and negotiation.

- Process Improvement: Continuously improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GMP, GLP, and GDP.
