The company now manufactures everything in the interior fit-out range, from furniture and tiles to décor and lighting, across 16 product lines. Della collaborates with top Indian and international architects and interior designers, making an impact in the luxury design industry. We are also working on exciting luxury residential and commercial projects, expanding our presence in new townships. Della is looking for a Photographer and Videographer to capture our exquisite products and projects in a visually stunning way, helping us share our brand story with the world.

Role Overview:

The Photographer and Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling content for Della Luxury Products. This includes photographing products, interiors, and luxury spaces for marketing materials, the website, and social media. The role also involves shooting and editing promotional videos, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content to effectively communicate the brands luxury appeal. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography:

• Capture high-quality images of Dellas products, including furniture, tiles, and décor, for use on the website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Photograph interiors and luxury spaces, ensuring the visual style aligns with Dellas luxury branding.
• Edit images to enhance their quality, ensuring the final product reflects the high standards of Della Luxury Products.

2. Videography:

• Shoot and edit promotional videos, product showcases, and brand-related videos for Dellas digital platforms.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, photoshoots, and product launches.
• Ensure all videos adhere to the brands visual style and effectively communicate the luxury experience.

3. Collaboration with Creative Teams:

• Work closely with the design, marketing, and social media teams to develop content that aligns with ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure that visual and written content are cohesive and tell a consistent story.

4. Content Strategy:

• Assist in planning and executing content strategies for product launches, promotional events, and brand collaborations.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions with the Head of Department and creative teams to ensure the best possible execution of visual content.

5. Brand Consistency:

• Maintain a consistent aesthetic across all photography and videography projects, ensuring that Dellas luxury brand image is upheld.
• Ensure that all content captures the essence of Dellas craftsmanship and design ethos.

6. Equipment and Technology:

• Maintain photography and videography equipment to ensure high-quality output.
• Stay updated on new technologies and software related to photography and video editing to ensure Della remains competitive in the market.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in professional photography and videography, preferably in the luxury goods or interior design sectors.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work with luxury products, interiors, or similar industries.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, and editing techniques.
• Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and experience working in collaborative team environments.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
• Flexible Hours: Long working hours may be required during important events, launches, or projects.
• Travel: Frequent travel may be required to shoot projects, events, and other assignments as per the Head of Departments instructions.
• Reporting Structure: The candidate will report directly to the Head of Department.
