Designation : Phone Banking Officer
Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Role and Responsibilities :
1. Will have to call the existing customers of Yes Bank.
2. Will have pitch about the liability product to the customers.
3. Also have to give and end to end services for the same.
4. Have to maintain good and healthy relation with the customers by solving their queries.
5. It will be a voice process (Inbound / Outbound Calls).
Salary : 16,000 to 26,000/- per month + Monthly Incentives + Yearly Bonus + PF & ESIC Benefits
Qualification : Graduation / PG
Experience : Freshers to 8 years Preferred
Age : 33 years or below that.
Skills : Good communication skills (English compulsory)
