Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth research on trending educational topics, technologies, and methodologies.
• Stay updated on the latest educational practices, tools, and resources to ensure the curriculum is cutting-edge and relevant.
• Analyse feedback from educators and students to identify areas for improvement in the curriculum.
• Develop engaging and comprehensive syllabi across various grade levels and subjects.
• Create practical and theoretical course content that aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate specialized content.
• Lead and manage a team of curriculum developers, trainers, and content creators.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Set clear goals, expectations, and timelines for curriculum projects, and monitor team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and creative working environment to encourage innovation.
• Review and refine educational documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum goals.
• Conduct quality checks on learning materials, projects, and assessments to maintain high standards.
• Ensure all content is age-appropriate, engaging, and effective in achieving learning outcomes.
• Work closely with educational stakeholders, including teachers, trainers, and administrators, to understand curriculum needs and expectations.
• Participate in curriculum review meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and project status updates to senior management.
