HR Generalist - Chakan (Pune)

HR Operations

• Manage and maintain HRMS systems for employee records and data accuracy.
• Administer medical claims, loan processing, and employee reimbursements (e.g., TPT).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.

Employee Onboarding

• Conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate training sessions, and introduce company culture.
• Ensure documentation and background verification are completed efficiently.

VISA Process Management

• Handle the complete VISA application and renewal processes for employees.
• Collaborate with government agencies, legal advisors, and employees to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain records of all VISA-related documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Generalist Activities

• Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Address employee queries and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
• Support performance management processes and career development initiatives.
• Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and familiarity with end-to-end onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of VISA processes and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
