Oracle Fusion/Functional Order Management Consultant (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in implementing Fusion Cloud Order Management SCM modules.

- Must have hands-on expertise in Oracle GOP (Global Order Promising), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Shipping, and Order Management functionalities.

- Candidate needs to have a good understanding of the implementation lifecycle and must have worked as a Lead Consultant for Oracle Order Management.

- Experience in end-to-end functionalities of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including Order Management, Inventory Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Hub, and Manufacturing.

- Proficient in integration with other modules in Oracle Cloud, such as Procurement, and Shipping/3PL integrations for Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, and Landed Costs.

- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud.

- Oracle SCM Certification is preferred.

- Hands-on experience in Configurations, Data Conversions, and RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) component design/build.

- Demonstrate expertise during discovery sessions to gather business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap Analysis.

- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to design and deliver effective solutions.

- Experience in preparing and managing project deliverables such as Configuration Guides, Process Flows, User Stories, Test Scripts, and Testing. Able to support UAT and post-Go-Live Hypercare.

- Should lead cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and brainstorm solutions."
