Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and executing projects. This role involves coordinating with team members, monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
• Coordinate project resources, including personnel. Assign tasks to team members and help them understand whats expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines are met also Supervise the project procurement process.
• Support team members in resolving issues and removing obstacles.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.
• Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Prepare status updates of the projects for senior management and ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 to 8+ years’ of experience.
• Proficiency in English – Verbal and Written Communication
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Zoho Projects, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA, BCA), Project Management, Engineering (BE, BTech) or a related field (preferred).
• Certification in Project Management is a plus.
• MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Engineering Design Consultancy Experience is a plus.
