Mechanical Technician having ITI with 10 yrs Exp or DME with 5yrs Exp

Role & responsibilities

• Preventive, predictive maintenance of rotary Equipments such as Reactor (Glass lined, rubber lined, ss and Hastelloy reactor ) , Centrifuge ( Bottom discharge visco damper suspension with Auto scrapper ) , FBD, Cone dryer ANFD, Multimill, Vibro sifter , Turbo sifter , ETP Equipment like Aerator , RO plant equipment , Ultra filter Equipments , ATFD ,Process , utility and vacuum pumps of reciprocating, centrifugal and rotary type pumps .
• Stationery Equipment such as Condenser, process heater, Evaporator, solvent recovery columns, sparkler filter , plate and frame type filter , Underground tanks , chemical and solvent storage tanks , Powder handling Equipments , Air jet mill.
• Should have exposure and good experience on servicing of Pump Mechanical seal , pump service, Flush bottom valve service , vacuum pump service , AOOD pump service , Alignment of rotary Equipments , Gear box .
• Should have knowledge on cGMP , Kaisan technique .
• Should have knowledge and experience on industrial safety like safety procedures, identification of hazards at work place, work permit system, PPE s , contractor management.
• Should have good knowledge of SAP for executing Preventive maintenance
• Should have good communication skills and he should be dynamic.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should have qualification ITI with 10 years industrial experience or DME with 5 years of experience.
• The experience in pharma or chemical industrial experience is preferable.
