Assistant Program Manager

We are hiring Assistant Program Managers for our Gurugram office. We are looking for public health enthusiasts with 2-5 years of experience in the public health/social sector. The incumbent must preferably hold a masters in public health with exposure to consulting, data analysis and content writing.

Role Overview

Pharmarack is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual with outstanding credentials and demonstrated problem-solving abilities for the role of Assistant Program Manager. She/ He will manage key verticals within the Public Health department and collaborate closely with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders in driving impactful programs that expand access for the patient. She/ He will work closely with the leadership in building the Public Health department and be responsible for delivering key projects. Key areas of the role include (but not limited to):

• Deliver quality projects/ module of projects with no/ limited supervision, as per the business requirement, timelines, and budget.
• Manage stakeholders - internal and external, to drive key engagements.
• Write concept notes/ proposals, develop operational, financial, and resource plans.
• Develop sophisticated healthcare and operational models.
• Provide operational/ administrative support to leadership in managing the public health practice.
• Travel in India to project sites to conduct primary interviews and assessments as per the project requirement.

Qualification and key skills

• Bachelors Technology (IIT, NIT, BIT, other good engineering colleges)/ Masters (MBA, MPH, MPP) with 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, public health, or the healthcare industry.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
• Strong skills in MS word, Power point, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
