Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual and Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring software quality. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and design detailed, comprehensive test strategies.
• Perform manual testing to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Identify, document, and track software defects in the bug tracking system.
• Conduct regression testing on modified and new features to ensure the integrity of the application.
• Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve the testing process.
• Provide regular feedback to developers, product managers, and other stakeholders regarding test progress, defects, and overall product quality.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on test cases, test plans, and processes.

Necessary Skills:

• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or equivalent. Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
